My Practice

My practice is to stay focused on this moment and on what I can do right now.  
  It is also to not let fear seize or sidetrack me. 

I feel strong and up-to-the-challenge,
  but as each day passes, I feel the pressure grow.  

It is a good practice –

  to set your focus, live in the now and allow the future.
